Independent Power Producer - Assisted in the technical development of 2 bids for 50-100 MW of peaking capacity in response to a Utility Request for Proposal. Interfaced with Major Equipment vendors and EPC contractors to develop performance estimates and budgetary pricing for the proposals.

Cooperative Housing Development - Assisting in the development of a replacement Cogeneration system to supply a 2600 family Coop its total energy needs. Prepared study to obtain grant funding from local gas company, developed preliminary conceptual design, managing upgrade of the electrical system and demolition of the facility to accomodate new equipment. Expected project value approximately $15 million.  

Asset Owner - Assisted in the technical review of multiple generating facilities to support potential acquisitions. Attended site visits and reviewed dataroom information on operation, maintenance, and plant performance and provided assesment of potential risks and expected budget expenditures (operational and capital).
