David P. Perri, P.E. President

Mr. Perri is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of New York and has over 30 years of experience managing, designing, procuring, constructing, and operating utility grade simple and combined cycle facilities, industrial and utility grade cogeneration and wind turbine facilities. Mr. Perri has directly managed multiple Power Plant Projects up to $100 million and many large scale capital projects up to $12 million. Mr. Perri has lead several engineering and operational staffs in senior executive positions including, two power project developer/owners, an owner/operator of generation assets, and a high voltage engineering/EPC firm. 

Mr. Perri holds a BS degree and a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His academic knowledge is enhanced by hands on work in several power facilities as Asset Manager, Plant Manager, Foreman, and Operator.
