InnCOGEN 225 MW Simple Cycle Facility - Responsible for managing development, construction, and operation of the InnCOGEN Facility in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The facility utilized three GE Frame 7EA combustion turbines. Negotiated key project documents and contracts including; Permit Approvals, Major Equipment Purchases valued over $25 million, EPC contract valued at over $67 million, Utility Power Purchase Agreement, and Operations and Maintenance Agreement. Completed project on time and within budget with virtually no change orders. During commercial operation responsible for administering all project contracts including Utility PPA, Permits, O&M Contract, Lease, and other Project Documents.

Warbasse 38 MW Combined Cycle Facility - Managed construction and start up of the Warbasse Houses Facility in Brooklyn New York. Responsible for negotiating all contractor and supply work and starting up five Allison 501KB5 Turbines and Heat Recovery Steam Generators. The Facility was integrated with a 30 year old steam turbine plant to operate in combined cycle. Completed project on time and within budget. Responsible for administering all project contracts including Utility PPA, Host PPA, Permits, O&M Contract, Lease, Fuel Agreements, Union Contract, and other Project Documents.

Big Six Towers 1.6 MW Diesel Plant Expansion - Managed the construction, design, and procurement of a 1.6 MW facility expansion. The project included an extension of an existion building, installation of new generating equipment, heat recovery and electrical systems, and an upgrade of the cooling plant and electrical systems.

Commercial HVAC Installation - Managed the construction, design, and procurement of a hot water and steam absorption air conditioning system utilizing waste heat energy from a cogeneration system to supply a 45,000 sq. ft. shopping center.
